Summer is the season of granitas, both at Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, and at home with Monty [Koludrovic, husband and head chef at Icebergs] and our two boys. We incorporate granitas in our desserts year-round at Icebergs, but the combination of fresh fruit with a nice creamy mousse and granita, is perfect in the warmer weather.
