Summer is the season of entertaining in our household, my wife and I love inviting friends over for long Sunday barbecues. Over the years, all of our friends have become really involved, they all end up in the kitchen with me – someone will be picking herbs, someone will be making a curry paste, someone will be out on the barbecue. We start with a late lunch at 2pm, and we’re still eating at 7.30pm. When you sit down to eat with the people that you love, and get lost in conversations for hours, they’re the memories you never forget.
