One New York City restaurant is challenging the age-old adage that too many cooks spoil the broth.

To the contrary, the Chefs Club in downtown Soho has successfully hosted a roll-call of leading local and international chefs – and plans to host many more.

In a dramatic deviation from the traditional restaurant business model, Chefs Club invites acclaimed chefs from across the world to take over every element of the restaurant – from the menu, to the kitchen, to the bar – for a few nights.
