They say don’t mix business with pleasure. So surely family businesses are a recipe for disaster? Apparently not, so say the latest generation following in their family’s footsteps. For Pasquale Trimboli and his three brothers, company meetings look (and sound) a lot like their fiery family dinners, with father Rosario Trimboli at the helm. The Trimbolis went from rags to riches after Rosario opened one of Canberra’s first Italian delicatessens in 1978, shortly after emigrating from Calabria, Italy.
