To Ottolenghi converts, Plenty More is akin to a movie sequel. Plenty was the standout, internationally successful – vegetarian – cookbook, first published in 2010 and still in reprint. Similarly, Yotam Ottolenghi’s vibrant, inventive, vegetarian cooking fills the pages of Plenty More. Tossed, steamed, blanched, simmered, braised, grilled, roasted, fried, mashed, baked and sweetened – vegetables will never seem the same again. Roasted eggplant with crushed chickpeas and herb yoghurt, or curry roasted root vegetables with lime leaves will find their way to the centre of the table.
